We were delighted when Grady Developments approached us to work with them again on the development of seven barn-style new homes on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. As a family-owned and run business, their roots in house building go back to 1960!

The new dwellings comprise three detached and four semi-attached homes.

The completed dwellings have achieved an impressive EPC rating of "B", a testament to the attention paid to several key factors. U-values were carefully optimised to ensure excellent thermal performance, enhancing the energy efficiency of the homes. High-performance glazing was installed to minimise heat loss. In addition, the heating and hot water systems are powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps, contributing to a sustainable and environmentally-conscious living environment.

With the successful completion of phase 1 of the development, all units have been sold, affirming the desirability of these energy-efficient, well-designed homes. This is country living at its finest!
