The Construction
We were delighted again when Structural Engineers Plandescil Ltd approached us to handle the critical task of ensuring building regulation compliance on their latest project - a large new warehouse conveniently located just off the A140 at Eye.

This project sees the erection of a large warehouse (approx. 68,000 sq ft), with just over a 5,000 sq ft adjoining office building with associated works, drainage and storage yard for the family-owned and managed business "The Bartrum Group".

From the beginning, our collaborative approach has enabled us to work closely with both the client and the engineer, with a particular focus on the vital aspect of fire safety as outlined in Approved Document B.

The construction activities on site were led by the main contractor Trell. With their expertise, they diligently brought to life an essential facility for the expanding needs of the client's haulage and storage business.
