Dual Extension and Major Renovations
Two highly glazed single-storey brick extensions were constructed to the side and rear of this grand listed building. The refurbishment works included replacement roof timbers and floor joists, limecrete flooring, general refurbishment throughout, relocating rooms and to ensure compliance with the current building regulations a protected 30-minute hallway was installed (even though the building was already 3 storeys habitable dwelling).

As well as future proofing the building the owners decided in meeting with Part M to add a lift to all three floors.
